Wedding cake step lights... how to replace

Hi all new here and will set up with more info on my pool at a later date... firstly tho, I have wedding cake steps(about 7 yrs old) with the light in the front of them. This year the light does not work, and i can not find any information as to how we fix this. Can it be replaced? It looks to be a sealed unit. We bought the steps from the dreaded recwarehouse(we dont shop there anymore i might add) and they have been of NO help about it. Its not a round light more a retangular light. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks!
