My DIG_220 Control box on the wall is very hot to the touch. I pulled off the cover and the fan is not running. With a little nudge the left fan comes on but the right one will not. Do thy come on at different temps or do I need a new fan?

Older software versions had both fans coming on whenever the unit was energized. Newer Software has them coming on whenever the celll is activated.
Therefore, you need new fans.
