sand filters

We replaced the sand in filter today ...and now the box is reading no flow..Any suggestions?

Give us more info. That's not a lot to go on.
What is the box?
Why did you replace the sand?
What is the flow like out of the return?

Finally figured it out...someone had a senior moment...and decided to check something & didn't have it turned
right...the box is the one that gives you all the readings...salt water system...we changed the sand because
it had never been changed (not an easy job)...this pool has been wonderful until this year...just about everything
has had to be replaced...the other thing is my pump gauge is still reading 30...that is a little higher than in past.
Is this normal?

Does the gauge go to zero when you shut the pump off?

You know I really haven't paid attention to that I will check it tonight when I cut it off. Next thing is one of
the automatic timers quit working...the one that turns the pool on & off...the polaris timer is still working..
Gee this will be like a new pool when we are finally done...
