Pentair Mini Max NT Dead

My Mini Max NT heater Model 400 is completely dead. I know this is a bad heater that has been discontinued
but I need to know where I can get parts.

Does anyone know why it might be completely dead? Would the controller board possibly be the problem?

I guess the first part is to make sure it has power...after that we can move forward. I'm not much help on these things but there are plenty of folks around here who are!

I have tested and it looks like I have power to the control board but after that I am not sure where to test.

If it gets power, it should be able to give you error codes when it tries to turn on. The error lights are on the back of the mother board and also check the Fenwall for flashing lights (this might not apply to your heater, but is true for the MasterTemp and Max-E-Therm heaters).

Can you tell us what happens when you try to turn on the heater?

If you get ~24VAC on the orange and white wires coming from the transformer, and there are no LEDs lit on the control board, you need a new control board.
