Final Steps to buying a pool

New to TFP about to drop 5g's on a pool just wanted some opinions

Looking at 28x54 Matrix pool - no particular reasoning but heard many good things about resin pools.

Any ideas what I should be asking and looking for?

Should I get wall foam? Sales person indicated that it would be easier to tear the liner with it.

Ground pad is this a needed item?

What about a bottom drain get it or don't?

getting the works package. Final pricing with installation less electrical 5.5g's, sounded reasonable to me.

Hate spending money with really no idea on what I'm buying. Which then makes me spend more money to cover up my lack of knowledge.

A bottom drain helps with circulation, but so does getting in and swimming.

If your budget will allow...I have never heard anyone say, "Gosh, I should have gotten the smaller sized pool". Just sayin'.

Ditto VP's thoughts. I would personally not get a main drain. While there are a couple of minor advantages (minimized even more in an AG pool), the disadvantages (mostly leaks and plugging up) that I have seen posted here on the forum are enough that I wouldn't do it.

Save the bucks for pool side refreshments! I can be there around 10:00AM Saturday!!
