My pool kit came with a safety rope and line float, but I don't see how it can be attached. It doesn't have the anchor hooks for it to clip on. Plus if I purchase those, where are they supposed to go? Pictures would help....Thanks!

The safety rope usually goes across the pool a few feet before the shallow end breaks toward the deep end. They make anchors that secure to the walls to hold the rope.
I really don't want to put holes in the vinyl. I wonder if it could be secured to the coping or cement decking?
We have wire loops to connect the float rope. The other end of the loops are embedded in the mortar that holds the coping in place.
