we've been having a pretty cr*ppy weather here in New England. No sun during day, cold nights. And while it doesn't get my pool any warmer, I'm running on only 32oz of bleach per day! With a bit help from solar cover and possibly borates, I'm only loosing 0.5ppm per day!
