Pool Liner

Hi,
Sure need some advise would it be possible to remove the liner in small section and pull these wavey areas toward where its tight or do we need to remove what water we have in there its just over the cove. when the vacuum was on it was nice and tight but when we turned the vacuum off and the water for the night we noticed the sides look like they are not straight up and down.

Just keep filling they'll work back out. You don't have to do anything to them. Trying to move or straighten them may make them worse. If they were all out when the vacuum was on they'll be out when it's full of water.
