jandy neverlube

my spa empties into my pool (slowly) when filter is off....changed 1 check valve and other is good....the culprit seems to be the neverlube (spa drain)...my question is this...can I just adjust the diverter by taking it apart or do I have to replace valve.......not too confident (working on) with this valve

The Jandy NeverLube valves can be opened up, cleaned out, have parts replaces etc. You almost never need to replace the valve body.
