cloudy water

need help with a cloudy pool. i did an overnite fc loss test and lost less than 1 ppm fc. all other test normal.

ta 8
ph 7.8
vac and brushed pool 3 days in a row. have had no problems last two years using bbb. can barely see bottom whan standing in pool.

Just to be certain, your TA isn't 8, but 80 right? What kind of test kit are you using? Also, out of curiosity, can you post a CH?

Yep, anytime someone mentions cloudy, we wanna see a CH#.

Looks like you have completed two of the three steps to be done shocking.

Keep shocking until the pool is clear, but lower your pH first. See red info in my sig.
