I have a Kontiki 2 that the previous owner left behind. I have no idea how old it is. The short hose pieces are breaking where I am supposed to connect them making a closed connection fairly impossible. If I can find a hose that is the same diameter, would it be ok to use one continuous hose? Or is it better to use several short pieces with the male/female ends? What else do I need to know?
