Question about beginning process of BBB

I will be completing a 75% pool water replacement in the morning due to really high CH. I will need about 7# of stabilizer to get to 30 cya since I am basically at zero. Should I do this at the same time I start the shocking process or should I complete one or the other first?

I suggest adding chlorine and CYA at about the same time.
