100-110 TA with about 6.9-7.0 PH

TA around 110 when you don't have a SWG or fountain or waterfall or other water feature is not a problem. If you find that the PH is going up on it's own annoyingly quickly, then worry about the TA, but otherwise you can just leave it alone.

how do you aerate? is there a thread on the instructions??
Aerating only raises pH. If you are trying to lower your alkalinity, see Pool School complete instructions for "How to Lower your Alkalinity".

If you do not have any of the features Jason mentioned, you are fine with your TA where it is.

First, always only add about 2/3 of recommended amounts. Circulate, retest, adjust. Add more if needed.

Testing can be off. Re-check your input info in Pool Calculator.

Post the info you used and we'll try to check it for you in Pool Calculator.

I don't know what your FC is right now, but if it is over 10, wait til it drops below 10 to retest pH.
