What is everyone's occupation/profession?

Vice President & Managing Director of the Americas for a global manufacturing company. I have been with the same company for a number of years. This was my 1st job after serving in the Army. I started as a material handler and work my way up to my current position

I am Human resources/payroll for a Large privately owned Corp. It started in the 80's and grew up to 100 Video Rental stores in the South Eastern US... Later diversified into owning a local Movie Theater, Bowling Alley, 8 - 24 Hr Fitness Gyms, and a cargo Trailer plant. His largest bread winner is his Property Holdings company which owns about 100 pieces of commercial real estate for rental in GA and AL. My Boss is just a man who made it big really fast 20 years ago trying new things to stay rich. He reminded me of Jimmy Buffet with a net worth of 200 Mill. As you can imagine, he vacations ALOT! Me...not so much.

My Wife is a Parts and Sales specialist for an well known Auto Parts Store. She knows just about every part on any car you could ask her about. We both do, we are car nuts.

I work for a large well known global corporation which primarily targets the Defense Industry. The division I work for designs and manufactures Very Large (and small) Satellite Earth Station Antennas and Radio Telescopes as well as Mobile Tactical Systems. I'm Manager of Customer Service, Tech Support and Field/ Installation Services (so they tell me). I also chip in with sales engineering, system engineering and project management when the need arises.

Given my profession and experience in it, I can safely say that my definition of project managgement vs the PB's is NOT the same! Not by a long shot! :brickwall:
