I am new to the BBB method and have some numbers I am questioning.
FC 10
CC 0
TC 10
Ph 7.5
T/A 80
CH 320
Cya 80
Salt 3100
Temp 85

I have a 8600 gal pool spa with a spa spillover in extreme South Florida gunite I beleive. It is between 2 houses and doesn't actually get too much sun.
1.5hp hayward pump for pool and spa
2.5hp hayward for spa only
90 ft^2 hayward cartiridge
80000btu jandy heatpump
autopilot nano SWG(new)
I am still working on the SWG setting to get FC down but I turn it down and wait a few days to see what happens.

Great job! :goodjob:

Once you finish dialing down the SWG to get to the recommended [s:3jqhakmi]3 to 5[/s:3jqhakmi] 4 to 6 FC, you'll be golden :)

Edited to correct FC levels to correspond w/CYA of 80. Yes, what dman said :)

With CYA at 80, your acceptable FC range is quite wide. 3 would a little low for my taste. 4 is your minimum while 6ppm is your target. That said even though this is a SWG pool...the Non-swg levels of 6-9 are also still very acceptable. 6ppm is justyour sweet spot

Many consider anything below shock level safe for swimming. With CYA at 80 your shock level is roughly 30ppm.
