Safe FC level to swim?

We've been on a two week journey of shocking our pool and now that it's nearly 100 degrees, the family is ready to swim (plus, my wife is wanting to have a pool party in a couple of days).

So now that our pool is clear, what is a safe FC level to swim at?

Here are my current test results:

FC - 16
CC - 0
pH - 7.3
TA - 90
CH - 130
CYA - 28

I would not worry about a 16ppm FC level. When I worked on the pools in a local water park, someone  accidentally left the feed for the bleach completely open overnight. FC was around 50ppm. We did not use CYA either... The guests didn't notice, and the only adverse affect we had was that the lifeguards' bathing suits were faded in a perfect line up to their hips .

We had to use a lot of thiosulfate that night..
