Please help we just replaced our cell and now we have a red light on saying purifier off add 375minerals we just added 10 bags of 40 lb salt and it still says to add salt. What to do next im ready to throw in tablets im aggrevated.. Thank You

Get an independent salt test. Either have the pool store test it or get your own test.

Make sure you didn't accidentally pull out the cord between the tri-sensor and the main unit and that both ends are solidly connected. Also, make sure you have the PoolPilot either off or turned down to zero percent for 24 hours after adding salt.
If you just just added salt, give the unit 24 hours to detect the new salt level before worrying about it. The salt sensor averages it's readings over a long period of time.

WE check the salt its a t 3900 and the light is still on pool turning green whats next..
Add enough bleach to get you to the upper recommended non-swg FC level for your CYA until you can get the swcg thing figured out.
The next step, aside from adding chlorine manually as Bama suggests, depends on how technically competent you feel. You either want to pull out the tri-sensor and examine the sensor plates for scaling, or you may want to call someone to come in and service the SWG.
