3 way valve actuator?

Well finally getting around to opening my pool this weekend.

I installed Solar panels last year with a 3 way valve.

This year I would like to add a automatic actuator to my diverter valve.

So the panel will be on when the sun is on the panel and will switch it to bypass when the sun is supposed to be off the panel.
With a timer.

That sounds like a great idea.
