What is the order for adding BBB?

Hi --

Just need some clarification about the correct order/timing to add BBB to balance the water?

Once that is done, then add dichlor (for my small pool size) to bring CYA up? Then wait a week and check CYA again? or when should it be checked after adding the dichlor.

Still getting my head wrapped around the water chemistry / BBB method.

The first thing to do is test the water.
Depending on the results of what to do next.
If the pH is off take care of that first.
Then the chlorine.
You can work on the rest in no particular order.
Don't worry about CH unless it's very high.

As Bama said, test results first.

Example: if your TA is very low, we may suggest raising that as the first step. Hence, test results.
