Ok, some days I just have too much time on my hands and think of off the wall questions! I am wondering if say, your pool can get by just fine on anywhere from 4 to 8 hours of circulation per day to get good water turnover and filtration-------if you lose any more FC just by running the pump filter 24/7 instead of your "normal" amount.

I wouldn't think so. Whether or not the water is still or moving, you have the same amount of organics (or not) and the same sunlight exposure.

Now, if the water is churning, looks like a rolling boil, I guess you'd lose a little more to evaporation.

Now on to serious questions: If a man speaks in a forest, and no woman is there to hear him, is he still wrong?
