I'm currently at FC of 15 to get rid of the algae I got while on vacation. I would like to see where I am on pH, TA, and CH. Can these be accurately measured right now or do I have to wait until the shock process is complete?

The only test that has significant problems with high FC levels is the PH test. With FC at 15 even the PH test will only be a bit off, while at higher FC levels it can be way way off. TA and CH are fine, though the colors you see may not be exactly what you are used to, the tests still work.
