New house so new (to me) pool in South Florida. Screened enclosure so large debris is not a problem. Have a Baraccuda G3 cleaner cleaning the floor, but the surface is a problem. Tons of little bugs (mosquitos, no-see-ums, even spiders). I've messed around a bit with the eyeballs and directionality and a float in the pool seems to confirm a clockwise rotation towards the skimmer, but the skimmer just isn't very effective. Came across the PoolSkim and it piqued my interest. Would this be effective with the small surface debris? Would I have to rig up its net with a skimmer sock/pantyhose to catch the small stuff?

There have been many good reports on the Poolskim, though I don't know about how it handles very small debris.
