Intellitouch Flash programmer

I have had a very hard time finding local service centers able to flash Pentair Intellitouch systems. It's surprising because I looked up dealers that perform service on Pentair automation equipment and aside from one that said they should have the hardware but they don't I struck out completely.

I understand there is a P&E flash programmer available and a fairly expensive Pentair part number for doing it. I'm reaching out to see if anyone has any insight on what it takes to build the interface board and what flash programmers may be available that will handle it.

That is spooky timing, I've been looking around for weeks and calling everyone I know.. It was written after I posted mine, assume it was done to make sure it floats up as a thread.
