Dolphin - 2011 - Please Help

We bought a house in January and the owners left us the Dolphin 2011 and the DVD to watch. We watched the DVD and put it in the water and to our amazement and luck - it worked wonderfully.

We cleaned it out according to the DVD - went to use it again the other night and it won't sink!

It just stays a float - we have no idea why or what could be causing it. I tried to look online for troubleshooting - but no one has this same problem it seems?

SORRY EVERYONE - I MEANT TO WRITE DOLPHIN 2001! NOT 2011.

Every now and then ours won't sink until it is turned on. Have you tried turning it on once it is floating in the water?

Put it in the water sideways, this seems to get the air out better than putting it in level. And like Jason said, turn it on and that usually clears the rest.

I found that if you shake it from left to right a few times, it helps remove the air. Another method is to turn it upside down. This alo helps expel the air.
