Overnight Free Chlorine Test

By doing my math wrong.

Alright, starting FC 25 this morning, down to 17 around noon, is a loss of 8, which is 32%. Assuming your pool has direct sunlight all morning that suggests a CYA level roughly around 30. You reported your CYA level as 40, so still plausible as long as the pool gets sunlight all day and the water is fairly warm.

I retested my CYA with my new solution a few minutes ago and I think it's probably 30. So with that being the case, you're saying it's very reasonable to lose 32% from 6:00am to noon?

Thanks,
Alan

Alan,
You're not going to get any more help than you already have. Within this very thread you've now asked the same questions multiple times and received the same correct answers multiple times and from different people.

Sorry to be harsh, but this thread is going in circles and it's pointless to continue.
