Hayward Heater (Electric) Not Starting

Hello all,
I have a Hayward 250 heater (Electric with digital display) for our inground pool. Tried to start it without any luck, no sound of a starter, no gas smell, etc. The Status LED lights on the front display are lit, but the Diagnostic Codes display is blank.
I'm ready to call a repair rep but any advice will be appreciated. Thank you for a great site, Maurizio

Is your water pressure good?

Yes it seems same as previous years. We have just re-opened the pool post winter and the filter assembly was cleaned.
