what can be used to seal a leaking seam....I cant afford a new liner right now but water is low enough that I can get in and seal the seam. Just not sure what I can use that wont be destroyed by the chemicals. Thanks for the help

Use a scrap piece of liner and a Boxer adhesive to glue it in place. Boxer makes several adhesives that vary in application. Some cure underwater, some are better at low temps etc.. http://www.boxeradhesives.com/index.html
Update...I didnt have any scrap liner...so I used part of an old waterbed, but it was to heavy for the boxer adhesive to hold up....my hubby got a really brilliant idea, he loves to use vinyl on his truck puttin strips and what nots....so I used scrap of that and sealed the edges of the old waterbed pieces...so far no reduction in water level...just wondering if this vinyl is gonna hold up to the chemical once i put them in
