Need an adapter for my leaf canister

My Hayward leaf canister was all busted up and so I went and bought a replacement online. Thinking they are all the same, I bought a Pentair leaf canister only to find that my hose doesn't fit the canister (the hose is too small). The Pentair canister has 1.5" connections.

Do they sell hose adapters, or will I have to buy a new hose? If I buy new hose, maybe it won't fit my cleaner, so I'm thinking the adapter is the way to go, if such a thing exists...urgggh

What size is the Hayward hose? What cleaner are you using?

The Hayward hose is 1 1/2" outside diameter.
My cleaner is a Hayward Pool Vac Ultra.
The pentair leaf trap is 1 1/2" outside diameter. The hayward hose is too big to fit inside the pentair connection, and too small to fit around the pentair connection.

Solved the problem. Pentair makes a hose that fits around both.
