Pool leak return line

Hello
I have been dealing with this pool leak for a year now. I believe it is on the connection of the vent into the pool wall. The exact part is in the concrete, but i have been cutting into the concrete. Cutting into pool concrete is real hard and my tools will only go so far. Is there any way to fix this leak without completely digging out the whole pipe? I will post pictures later as they will be helpful.

Before I went to cutting into concrete I'd have to be absolutely sure that's where the leak was.

How did you determine where the leak was?

I had the leak found by a professional and i verified it myself. I have already dug it up.
