pressure problem getting worse

Took apart the filter. All seems good, but the pressure keeps dropping. Felt around the impeller and there doesnt seem to be anything stuck that I can tell. Should I call someone to come out and check? Pressure is down to 5 from 9 with the pump speed increased.

Lower than normal pressure is almost always indicative of 1) a blockage somewhere on the suction side of you system or 2) your pump is not priming adequately.

If you have cleared the impeller and there is no air in the pump strainer basket when the pump is running, then you have aq blockage that you must track down and find somewhere between the pump and the skimmers.

1) Is the pump primed fully?
2) When you pulled the grid assembly out, was it a little stuck? This sometimes causes the pump to shift it's position enough to cause an air leak.
3) Tap/flick the pressure gauge with the back of your finger. Any change?

Is it just the pressure gauge showing a drop, or does flow from the returns diminish as well? Are you able to vacuum with the low pressure reading? Are you able to run all your water features? How do they look?

Its weird- three of the 4 returns are flowing well. The pump is now running with a lot of air. The in pool cleaner is running fine. The water flow does seem to be diminished some at some spots if that makes sense.

'Im at a loss
