Plastic arm added to skimmer to guide debris into skimmer?

Pool Skim isn't really an option for me due to reasons I won't get into. I've seen a reference to a product in here before that mounts inside the skimmer which is basically a plastic arm which extends 2 feet or so into the pool which helps direct debris into the skimmer. I can't find it any more, anyone know what that product is called or where I can find it? Any opinions on it?

A quick google search for "skimmer extension" brings up what I think you're describing.
