Wedding Steps, need a 2" Deck Flange and new pole..where????

This is what my wedding cake steps look like.

I can't seem to find a deck flange to attach these to the deck.

Also, these were a gift from my inlaws who closed their pool, but the portion of the hand rail pole that was in the water is chipping, etc., probably from the chemicals.

I have checked some suppliers online and can't seem to find either part. I see some 1.5" flanges, but no 2". and Every hand rail I see is over $200!

Any ideas?

Also, you may want to fabricate a new handrail out of pvc if the current one is cracking.

Thanks. The "neck" on those is way too short. I need one that's at least 2" round, but also 2.5" deep to meet the hole on the hand rail pole. I have to be able to run a bolt or screw through the hole on the neck, then through the pole.

PVC might be the way to go, but I'll still need a flange to attach that to the deck.
