Wedding Steps, need a 2" Deck Flange and new pole..where????

This is what my wedding cake steps look like.

    http://arthurspools.com/securecart/inde ... 4206ogi6j3

I can't seem to find a deck flange to attach these to the deck.

Also, these were a gift from my inlaws who closed their pool, but the portion of the hand rail pole that was in the water is chipping, etc., probably from the chemicals.

I have checked some suppliers online and can't seem to find either part. I see some 1.5" flanges, but no 2". and Every hand rail I see is over $200!

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Will something like this work?

Also, you may want to fabricate a new handrail out of pvc if the current one is cracking.

Thanks. The "neck" on those is way too short. I need one that's at least 2" round, but also 2.5" deep to meet the hole on the hand rail pole. I have to be able to run a bolt or screw through the hole on the neck, then through the pole.

PVC might be the way to go, but I'll still need a flange to attach that to the deck.

How about this? It could be cut off to the correct height and drilled to match the hole in the post.

That could work. I was looking for flag pole mounts, etc.

    Where did you find this?
