Well it came off anyway. Coming off the top of the multi port valve.
There is a gray threaded piece into the multport and a fitting on the other side which the
90 was connected. Well it came clean off at the fitting end. Not sure how it was fastened but
the joints were both very clean. I'm thinking this would have been cemented but
I've never seen cemented pieces come apart never mind so clean. So my question is
should this be primed then cemented or is there another compound to join these two pieces.
It was quite the water feature for a minute..

Thanks guys, it's all better now.
So this got me to wondering, is there any type of pressure switch/monitor that can
be set for a range of pressures. If the pressure falls below or goes above the set values it shuts the pump off.
I was thinking about designing something, figuring if there is something out there it's probably way over priced..
