Is the penrair kreepy crauly 720 a decent robot?

I am negotiating pricing for an all pentair system for a new pool build. If I get 3 or more pieces, the warranty on the equipment is extended from 1-3 years.

So I am wondering if this makes it worth getting the 720 at the same time as the other gear. A 3 year warranty means nothing if it isnt a good robot to start with. I'm basing this on paying approx $875 for it
