Ok new pool got questions

Ok so just finished filling and testing the new intex after the old one busted. So i tested the water and have queations. Should I shock it to get started or just start up the swg?
Here are my numbers.

FC - 1 ppm
PH - 7.4
TA - 40
CYA - 30
Calcium - 17

Which order should I attack these to get them right?

Bring the CYA up to 60 and the FC up to 3 ppm then crank the swcg up.

Youi probably need to know your salt level if you haven't already added it.
