Please help: When the pump starts the water that goes into the pool has water bubbles come out also. Is that a leak and what can you suggest I do to corect the problem?

It means there's a leak in the plumbing somewhere, that is allowing air to get into the system when the pump is off. Do you have air in the pump basket when the pump is running? Do you have any water drips when the pump is running?
It may not require any attention. This happens every time I start up my pump, and it hasn't caused any problems yet. I know of three tiny leaks in my system, none of which really concern me
