    Chlorine tabs in Liquidator???

I have a Liquidator working and now find I need to increase my CYA.

Any reason not to put some of the chlorine tabs (since I still have some) in the Liquidator to add the CYA or is this a no no??

    Thanks.

Big NO NO! Never, Ever mix chlorine types. CYA isn't that expensive. Adding via a sock in the skimmer or hanging it in front of a return is much easier and safer.

Since you have some left I'd just put them in the skimmer and run the pump continously until they dissolved.

    Cool. Glad I asked.

I don't want a mushroom cloud over central MS.

    Thanks, guys.
