We go over 2" of rain today and it is still raining and supposed to all night. I guess I will get back into it tomorrow night. At least the filter got a good backwash while draining the excess water out for 10 minutes.
4.25" of rain and it is still coming down strong with 20+mph winds. I expect that much rain will change everything.

Rain doesn't have all that much effect on a conversion. It will dilute any remaining baquacil, but even 5 or 6 inches of rain doesn't provide that much dilution. It might also raise or lower the PH, which should be checked for, but again is minor.
