Pool Pole Cam Glue?

Any idea on a household glue that would hold the plastic cam to the aluminum pole? Mine had broken free and needs to be reset.

Either Household Goop or Plumbers Goop should work. There are several others, but those are the ones I remember at the moment.

Gorilla glue would probably do it too.

If you use Gorilla (or other expanding) glue be mindful of the expansion as it could break the plastic collar.

I used two part epoxy on mine.

I just drill a hole through the pole at the correct length and use a 1/4-20 x 1.5 inch stainless steel bolt and wing-nut to secure the pole.

I went with Plumber's Goop, easily obtained at Home Depot for under $5. It is still curing, but the initial setup is great and I am sure this will work out fine.
