Waterway is a big step up from Intex brand equipment, but still a full step down from brands like Pentair and Hayward. If you don't want to spend too much money right now, that could a good choice. But the best long term values are going to be something that costs a little more and will last longer and work better. Ideally you want a larger filter and a smaller pump, or a two speed pump. The larger filter will filter better and go longer between cleanings, while the smaller or two speed pump will save electricity.
