Did I see somewhere you lived in North Fort Worth? We are over in Heritage( 35W/Heritage). Did Alliance set up your plumbing plans- valve placements, skimmer recommendations, etc or did you have to let them know you wanted xyz 6 feet in on the left wall, etc? Did you have to know exactly how much rebar and gunite to order of did they help with that as well. Guess what I am asking is are the subs knowledgeable and know pretty much what to do or are they clueless and make you figure everything out.
