    If you go to the BBQ Galore website they are constantly talking about making sure there is proper ventilation (top and bottom) in these outdoor kitchens for exactly this situation.

    Thank you for sharing. Not only does it illustrate ho*w this can happen, but also how severe a burn can be without other damage (clothing, shoes, etc). Many people do not realize that a burn like this continues to cook and that immediate medical attention is needed. Luckily this guy went in fairly quickly.
