Winterized, water running out from sight glass and drain...

We are having unusually high temps here in Iowa (upper 50's). The snow is all but melted and I noticed I have water running out of sand filter (from our sight glass and drain). See photos. Is the filter lever in the wrong position (winter hiver) ? why is this happening? We had a local company do our closing.

Did they blow out and seal all the lines?

Is the filter below the grade of the pool?

Is there water in the pool?

Is there water in the pool? yes, but below the skimmer.

The only way then is, if they winterized correctly, would be for the valve for the drain to not sealed AND the pump plugs not being removed

Or barring that,

A pool return isn't sealed in the pool and water siphoned back.


The tech that winterized you screwed up.
