Replacing the liner quotes

Really need to replace my liner, i have delt with it for the past 3 summers, lots of patches, and big ones!!! When is the best time to start getting quotes? I live in the northeast. It will also need some plumbing work. Thanks!

Start getting them now and get on their schedule ASAP. If you wait until spring, they will be busy with builds, openings, and other repairs.
Where are you in the northeast? You can probably schedule for early to mid april and be fine.

Now is probably the best time to get quotes (if there is a best time) but you'll have to wait till it warms up to have it installed.

Im located in Rhode Island! Any recommendations? I need the liner and i would like to change some other things too. We will see how the quotes come.
