Water temp for closing?

Hello all!

I'm sure this has been covered in other posts, but I don't feel like searching all around..so I know that the water should be on the cool side before you close for the winter, but what is the ideal range for the temp?
I want to close shortly, but my water temp is still fluctuating in low to mid 70s..I think that may be too warm to close?

Yep, thats what i do. 60-62 is good. Last year i was about 58 i think. I opened at 48, crystal clear with a loop-loc mesh cover.
