Drip from ThermaFlo Heat Pump

I ran my heat pump over the weekend substantially for the very first time. It was in the mid-70's with low humidity. I noticed a pretty constant drip for most of the day all around the edges of the heat pump. Is this a leak or the normal condensation you get during the heat exhange? I tried to look inside and see if anything inside was leaking but was quite breezy looking into the blowing fan!!

It's most likely condensation. As long as it's wet around the edges that most likely what it is. If you see a lot of moisture when its' not running, then you may think leak. But 99% sure its condensate.

First make sure you have chlorine in your pool. Then, test the water by the heat pump for chlorine. If there is no chlorine, it's normal condensation. If there is chlorine, you have a leak!
