A blower is not a heater.
If you want a heated spa, get a gas fired heater.

With my set up, I can turn the valves to 100% spa intlet and 100% spa outlet, then turn on the heater and it only warms the spa, no heat wasted. Without a schematic and/or pictures of your configuration, there's no way to know what's possible. Do you even have a heater?

By the way, the more bubbles you have, the faster the water cools, and the more the heater runs.
