We're putting in our bid on a house, winter springs, FL.
med size pool and realtor relayed it looked like we needed to resurface the pool.
She is suggesting Diamond Brite.
but we're open right now since, I can do some of the work myself if necessary.
Pool surface doesn't overly bad (fading and blotches from what we can see) right now but we're already searching out new options, pool maintenance costs etc.
we're for sure going to put in a SWG. There is already a gas heater, although I want to add solar even though the realtor says it doesn't help much. I think she just had the wrong install. Solar can help if done correctly and since I'm going to add Solar Hot Water for inside why not outside?
