    Stabilizer Question

Can we swim after adding stabilizer to the pool? I added 4 LB yesterday and need to add 4 lb today.

    You're done SLAMing when:
    1)You lose 1ppm or less FC overnight, & 2)You have .5ppm CC's or less, & 3)your water is clear.

Thanks for quick reply. It is near 100 degrees (dewpoint 77) here in the Midwest and I'd like to jump in before I go to work.

    Re: Stabilizer Question

As far as chlorine dosing you should assume that you reached the CYA target 24 hours after adding CYA (even though it may not show up on the test yet).
